She was predeceased by: her father Charles Duncan; and her stepfather Jackie Smith. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Alexander; her husband Bobby Head; her children, Shane Duncan, Bobby S. Head, Sarah McBride, Christene Head, Emiley Head, Taylor Head and Paige Head; and her siblings, Janet Hilton, Robert Duncan and Jason Smith. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
