She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Pearl Logsdon and Straud Raymond Carby; her husband Billy Harper; and her sons, Robert Leslie Harper and William Kelly Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Harper (Gwen), David Harper (Janet Holmes), Michael Harper (Terri), Mary Troutman (Monte) and Patricia Catherine Armstrong. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
