She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Guy and Naomi Guy; and her husband Everett J. Shelby, Jr.. She is survived by: her children-in-law, Chad and Stacie; her pet Butchie; her children, Everett Shelby III (Stacie) and Erin Williams (Chad); her niece Diana Waggoner (Mark); and her great-nephews, Blake Waggoner (Kelsi) and Blaine Waggoner.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mount Vernon City Cemetery.
The family is asking that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Franklin County Library.
