He is survived by: his wife Velinda Stinson Allen; his daughters, Elizabeth Walker (Kenneth) of England and Dr. Kathryn Sickorez (Rob) of New Zealand; and his sister Cheryl Allen Burt of Brashear. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
