He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joy Lynn Stonecipher and Milton Marshall; his children, Todd Marshall (Brooke) of Texarkana, TX, Emilee Kitchens (James) of Texarkana, TX and Trent Marshall of Dallas, TX; and his siblings, Terry Marshall and Deborah Parker. He was also cherished by his four grandchildren; his mother.
