Frances Joy Rutledge Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Joy Rutledge of Mount Vernon, Texas, who passed away on May 14, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Jones and Alta V. Lovelace Jones; her husband Max Rutledge; and her siblings, Charles Jones and Marguerite Lipp.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Rutledge (Cheryl), Jeffery Rutledge and Saundra Dunn (Charles). She is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
