She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Iva Radican (Patterson) and Claude Radican; her husband Wallace Blackburn; her son Mike McDonald; and her siblings, Bud Radican, Billy Radican, Bobby Radican, Georgia Radican and Mary Welch.
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Blackburn of Mt. Vernon, Texas; her grandchildren, Chalee Hardee of Mt Vernon, Texas and Michael McDonald of Mt. Vernon, Texas; and her nieces, Debbie Richards of Pittsburg and Loretta Patterson of Waxahachie, Texas..
