It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Doss of Mount Vernon, Texas, who passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Robertson and Elnora Robertson (Smith); her husband Homer Doss; her sons, James Doss, Larry Doss and Homer Doss, Jr.; her grandchild Jamie Doss; and her sisters, Mattie Thelma Doss, Mildred Fountain, Doris Williams, Barbara Ann Evans and WiIlie Dean Robertson.
She is survived by: her children, Nora Hall (David), Billy Doss (Carol), Brenda Doss and Ronnie Doss; and her siblings, Janice Chander (Randolph) of Mt. Vernon, TX and Johnny Robertson (Ethlene). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren.
