He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Orvel Lee and Louise "Clayton" Surratt; his siblings, Robbie Surratt and Connie; his brother-in-law Willard Johnson; his wife Vickie Surratt of Mount Vernon; his children, Andrea Reynolds of Mount Vernon, Monica Treadway (Ty) of Frisco and Clint Surratt (Melissa) of Celina; his grandchildren, Matt Reynolds, Zach Reynolds, Samantha Treadway, Tyler Reynolds, Ryder Treadway, Ryann Surratt and Cody Surratt; his aunt Sue Clayton; and his sister-in-law Betsie Surratt. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
