He was predeceased by: his father David Michael Chaney, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Jane Emig Chaney; his sisters, Suzanne Chaney of Dallas, Margaret Green of Mount Vernon and Tonya Slaughter Woods of Mount Vernon; his aunt Becky; his uncle John Emerson of Coshocton, Ohio; and his cousins, Steve Emerson (Debera) of Bedford, Joseph Emerson (Christi) of Temple and Jay Emerson (Laura) of Manassas, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
