It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cary Edward Nickolson of Mount Vernon, Texas, who passed away on July 16, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Henry T. Nickolson; and his stepfather Benny Sprayberry. He is survived by: his mother Brenda L. Marshall Nickolson; his children, Tarrin Nickolson-Zubiate (Donavan McMillan), Christopher (Zandren Nickolson), Benjamin (Colton Nickolson-Bloom) and Kaitlin Wells; his grandchildren, Rylan Nickolson, Richard Zubiate IV, Austin Zubiate and Daniel Zubiate; and his siblings, Julie Rosewell and Jeffrey (Katrina Nickolson). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
