She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Teschendorf and Viola Teschendorf (Riedesel); her husband Ralph Hiatt; and her son-in-law David E. Behan. She is survived by: her former husband Larry C. Friday, Sr.; her daughter Gail Dawn Hiatt Behan of Shreveport, Louisiana; her grandson Ralph David Behan of Mt. Vernon, Texas; her sister Sharon Hlavinka of Kenedy, Texas; her daughter Carol Lynnae Evans of Gladewater, Texas; and her friends, Michael Bohler and Hayden Sommers (Scott).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Murray - Orwosky Funeral Home (876 Wildcat Way, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery (5784 TX-154, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482).
