Capri Brooks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Capri Brooks (Mount Vernon, Texas), who passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Capri had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Capri may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Nancy, Ed Ashmore of Don Brooks, T. D. and Bernice Gafford. She is survived by: her parents, Jack (Glenda Brooks) and Mary (Doug Austin); her brother Dakota Brooks of Victoria, Texas; and her aunt Sherri Thompson of Sulphur Springs.
