Bob Burkhead Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2024, at the age of 89, Bob Burkhead of Mount Vernon, Texas, born in De Kalb, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bob Burkhead to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. Burkhead and Martha Burkhead (Tucker); and his sister Linda Roberts. He is survived by: his significant other Judy Burkhead; his children, Debbie Hallmark, Cathy Clinksdale (Mike), Jeff Burkhead (Heather), Brad Kilgas (Sanda), Greg Kilgas (Jennifer), Bill Kilgas and Ronda Cox; and his grandchildren, Kandi Newman, Andrew Cox, Alex Cox and Brandon Hampton.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (512 Yates St, Mt Vernon, TX 75457). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Mount Vernon City Cemetery.
