She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hoff and Goldie "Doyle" Hoff; her husband Richard Smith; her great grandchild Maverick Poe; and her siblings, Elwin Hoff, Zella Lampkin, Velma Robertson and Violet Bosley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathyrn Dalby (Richard) of Mesquite, TX, Terri Poe (Eric) of Mount Vernon, TX and Tammy Butler (Frank) of Rowlett, TX; her grandchildren, Ashley Dalby, Kristina Evans, Kayla Evans, Richie Dalby, Cody Poe, Trey Poe, Nicholas Poe, Russ Butler and Madison Andrews; her great grandchildren, Hunter Stanton, Caroline Stanton, Kennedy Stanton, Emery Poe, Ellison Poe and Ashlyn Butler; and her sister Ruth Ann Hamm of Pauls Valley, OK..
