She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert Atkins and Geneva Belle Atkins (Raines); her children, Renee Stamper and Stephen Stamper; her sister Margaret Atkins Scrivner; her grandmother Mamie Raines; her niece Tina Johnson (Linker); her great-nephew Erin Bailey; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Tafoya and Jay Green.
She is survived by: her sisters, Janelle (Robert Linker) of Quitman, TX, Diana Tafoya of Mount Pleasant, TX, Johnnie (Gaylon Cameron) of Mount Pleasant, TX and Janice (George Billings) of Wills Point, TX; her grandson Bryan (Ashton Tafoya); and her great grandchildren, Carson and Scarlett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
