He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Martin Embree and Nora Curry Embree; and his siblings, Weaver, Austin Embree, Doris Lambert, Betty Langford, Jane Taylor, Marie Keith and Helen Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Embree; his son Kennie; his daughter-in-law Robin Embree of Omaha; his son Rick; his daughter-in-law Patricia Embree of Houston; his grandchildren, Austin Embree, Madison Embree Loftin and Candice Embree Zello; his siblings, James Embree of Longview, Shirley Jackson of Grand Prarie and Sue; and his brother-in-law Al Havenstrite of Cookville.
