She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxie K Reynolds and Julia Reynolds (Dowling); her husband Mose Cummins; her daughter Linda Clark; and her siblings, Jeraldine Clark and Maxie K Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Chappell of Daingerfield, Texas and Dan C Cummins (JoAnn) of Washington, DC; her grandchildren, Henry Chappell, II (Lyndee), Dana Armstrong (Jeff), Sarah Bond (David), Tabitha Goodman (Shaun), Elizabeth Chappell, Beverly Clark, Natalie Clark, Lydia Cummins and Dan C Cummins, II; and her great grandchildren, Jessica Blue, Eryn Armstrong, Matthew Armstrong, Nic Chappell III, Sam Chappell, Emy Chappell, Jeffrey Bond, Keghan Goodman and Gabby Goodman.
