He is survived by: his significant other Teresa; and his children, Lauryl Curtis (Jeff), Paul Gutierrez (Lisa), Michael Potts, Courtney Dewald (Jeremy) and April Seagroves. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
