He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kim Lisa Forsyth and Jay Forsyth; and his grandparents, O. L. Brents and Julian Brents. He is survived by: his sister Kristi; and his brother-in-law Gary Ryan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
