Milburn Sr. (Penny); his wife Tonya Milburn; his sons, Stephen Milburn and Colby Milburn; and his siblings, Adam Milburn (Candice), Jerry Milburn, Cathy Roy (Jerry) and Katia Bittle (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
