He is survived by: his spouse Tracy Diohnne Hickman; his father Terry Thomas Lynn (Patty); his children, Sheterrikia Dismuke, Jasmine Dismuke and Terry Caleb Dismuke; his grandchildren, Cassidy Butler and Terry L. Neal III; his siblings, Chandra Dismuke-Myles (Ronnie), Elma Jean Sanders (Raymond), Kabriel Lynn, Kiana Lynn, Troy Dismuke (Lyle Williams), Patrick L. Dismuke Sr., Kenric Lynn (Schandalette), Christopher Johnson and Jayvon Lynn; and his nieces and nephews, Kiara Dismuke, Kenya Myles, Christina Myles, Aaliyah Myles, Kristofer Dismuke, Patrick L. Dismuke Jr. and Christopher Dismuke.
