He is survived by: his children, Rufus (Reginia McGill), Darren (Stephnie McGill), Brenda (J. C. Fountain) of Mt. Vernon, Texas, Mable (Don Monroe) of Mt. Vernon, Texas and Fannie Hargraves of Mt. Vernon, Texas; and his siblings, Louis McGill of Sulphur Springs, Otis McGill of Denver, CO, Joella Thorton of Mt. Pleasant, Clara Harper of Spokane, WA and Lavornia Jean Shine of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
