He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Pearlie Mae Gillis, Noree Thomas, Edward Lewis Gillis, Charles Ray Jackson and Cleo Thomas; his great-grandparent Pearline Gipson; his brother Gerrick Wood; his great-aunts, Hattie Thomas, Charlene Ashley, Barbara Ann Thomas, Thelma Standards and Nezlia Williams; his wife Monica Glover Gillis; his parents, Carolyn Gillis and Ricky Thomas (Paula); his children, Evangelist Jocquaviun, Xavier, Alexus and Mercedes; and his siblings, Nicole, Suzette, Coco and Darrell. He was also cherished by four grandchildren.
