She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Jackson and Etoil Jackson (Garrett); her husband Charles Burge; her aunts, Carol Hill and Florene Allen (Jackson); and her uncle T. L. Garrett.
She is survived by: her cousins, Martha Parr (Allen), Tambra Milliman (Harvey) and Mike Harvey; her sons, Charles "Chuck" A. Burge, Jr. (Teri Burge) and Dr. Billy C. Burge (Carey Rasco); her grandchildren, Charles "Chase" Burge, III, Lauren Burge, David M. Burge, Julius I. Burge and Gabriel E. Burge; and her great grandchildren, Dianna J. Burge, Emily L. Burge and Olivia J. Burge.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (220 US-67, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455).
