He is survived by: his wife Raymunda Villanueva; his children, Berta Fuentes (Juan), Elisa Corona, Onorio Villanueva Jr. (Lizette), Joella Villanueva, Amanda Villanueva, Juanita Villanueva and Felicia Gonzalez (Julio); his grandchildren, Erika, Cynthia, Manuel, Juan Jr., Omar Jr, Marissa, Cailyn, Isaac, Benjamin, David, Isabella, Monserrat, Divina, Benjamins-V, Hesley and Oakley; his great grandchildren, Ezra, Emilia, Elliot, Noah, Jude, Paisely, Lyla, Oliver, Bently, Caden, Charlotte, Adan, Manuel Jr. and Analeah; and his siblings, Juan Villanueva, Florentino Villanueva and Lencha Villanueva.
