Pleasant, TX; his children, Angie Monk (Kal) of Quitman, TX and Phil White (Kim) of Cuero, TX.; his grandchildren, Jared Monk (Jennifer) of Flint, TX, Daphne White Darby (Brian) of LaPorte, TX and Jana Monk Teel (Jordan) of Canton, TX; his great grandchildren, Mabry Monk and Lauren Teel; and his brothers, Bob White (Gail) of Greenville, TX and Jon White (Susie) of Greenville, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
