It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melven Junior Reese of Mount Pleasant, Texas, born in Quanah, Texas, who passed away on September 18, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurston Adolphus Reese and Cora Lee Reese (Sheppard); his wife Syble Faye Reese; and his son-in-law Melvin Sumrell of Mt. Pleasant, Texas. He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda and Patricia Griffin of Hot Springs, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Thomas White, Kevin Gilbreath and Kurtis Gilbreath.
