Hazlewood (Lou), Kenneth Hazlewood (Martha), Martin Hazlewood (Beverly), Joe Cook, Kathy Roy (Joe), Pamela Cook (Claude) and Connie Hazlewood; and her sister-in-law Glenda Hazlewood Griffin.
