He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Shelley and Jackie Lou Parks Shelley; his brother Terry Shelley; and his brother-in-law Doug Hutchings. He is survived by: his children, Evan Shelley of Mt. Pleasant and Courtney Shelley of Mt. Vernon; his grandchildren, Hadleigh and Ryleigh Dale; and his sister Crisana Hutchings of Mt. Pleasant.
