She was predeceased by: her father Houston Burkhart. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Collins; her mother Edith Burkhart; her sisters, Mary Hamlin and Nancy; her brother-in-law Scott Glaspie; her brother Don; and her sister-in-law Jan Burkhart. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Andrew Global Methodist Church or to the Titus County Cares Food Pantry.
