It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Yvonne Floyd (Mount Pleasant, Texas), who passed away on May 10, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kyle Munn and Lois Black Munn; her husband Billy Gene Floyd; her brother-in-law Richard L. Floyd; her parents-in-law, Homer and Lottie Floyd; and her cousin Mellee Hamilton.
She is survived by: her son Tony Michael Floyd; her stepgrandchild Cary James Efurd; her siblings, Billy Gene Munn and Nelwyn Munn Metting; and her daughter-in-law Jimmie Ann Collins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that all honorariums be directed to Blodgett Church of Christ.
