He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth George Hoyer. He is survived by: his wife Jan Hoyer; his children, Kristi Bramblett (Daniel), Ken Hoyer (Debra), Kelle Thomas (Russell) and Ryan Hoyer (Kristina); his mother Opal Carlene Westbrook; and his siblings, Carol Debord (Gene), Sharon Brown and Curtis Westbrook (Dottie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
