He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Stanley and Alva Stanley (Storey); his wife Norma Stanley; his son Steven Gale Stanley; his granddaughter Jennifer Diane Jones (Stanley); and his sisters, Sandra Hill and Wanda Stanley.
He is survived by: his son David L.; his daughter-in-law Donna Stanley of Mount Pleasant, Texas; his grandchildren, Kelsie Stanley, David Nari, Jessica Stanley, Dayna, Mark Nosal, Kayla Stanley and Jonathan Hobbs; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Jones, Zander Jones, Vivienne Nosal, Walon Westen and Nash Hobbs.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Bates Cooper Sloan Funeral Home (2805 S Jefferson Ave, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Spring Hill Cemetery.
