Joyce Porter Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Porter (Mount Pleasant, Texas), who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Thompson and Hazel Thompson; and her sister Connie Webb (Jerry Porter). She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Porter; her children, John Porter (Shana), Carla Hines (Heath) and Carol Vandiver (Jeff); her grandchildren, Kaili Duck (Cody), Jessi Buck (Zach), Blake Porter (Tambree), Lakin Porter and Casey Vandiver; her great grandchild Emma Kate Porter; and her siblings, Jimmy Thompson and Kelly Scott (David). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends whom she loved as her own children.
