He is survived by: his brother Buck; his sister-in-law Jonna Heath; his aunt Janie; his uncle Carl Kingston; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Landon, Garrett, Ezra, Amon Evans, Emma, Hudson and Tessa Nolen; and also, Cecily, James Evans, Alli, Robbie Valenzuela, Sami, Tanner Waldo, Tyler, Carrie Nolen, Travis, Rachel Nolen, Trevor and Amanda Nolen.
