It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Fields of Mount Pleasant, Texas, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, A. D. Fields and Maurine Fields; his son Willie Fredie; his siblings, Mary Smith, A. D. Fields Jr., Edwin Fields, Jessie Fields and J. W. Fields; and his cousin Clyde Grant.
He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria Cheatham of Hughes Springs, LaShaqua Jernigan of Dallas, Texas, LaShundra Jernigan of Dallas, Texas and Otica Evans of Dallas, Texas; his grandchildren, Kaila Fields, Delvin Baily, Dakari Jernigan, Dakeveon Jernigan, Kanisha Jernigan, Kaiyahone Hill, Terrence Cleveland, Kaniya, Georgialle and Christopher; his great grandchild Legend Cheatham; and his siblings, Lawrence Fields, Sr. (Ashley) of Dallas, Texas, Annie Todd of Mt. Pleasant, Essie Askew of Mt. Pleasant, Peggy Gholston of Mt. Pleasant and Freddie Webster of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
