He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Shaw and Viola Shaw (Traylor); his wife Mildred; his sister Margaret Louise; his grandmother Mary Jane Traylor; and his aunt Willie Mae Crowder.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mildred Ann Veasley (Stan) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Shirley Finley (Brad) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Hazel Johnson (Rudell) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas and Betsy Jones (Patrick) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
