She was predeceased by: her sister Dianne Forrest (Rex); her parents, Glen Johnson and Ethyel Johnson; and her grandsons, Josh Barnwell and Corey Bishop.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Swafford; her children, Baney Barnwell, Jr., Teresa Barnwell, Donnie Barnwell, Terri Rozell (Tommy) and Carol Bishop (Mark); her stepchildren, Steve Swafford (Roxanne) and Dori Smith (Vell); her siblings, Arleata Urick (Jerry) and Billy Johnson; her grandchildren, Jeremy Barnwell, JJ Barnwell, BJ Kraner, Chris Kraner, Haily Bishop, Adam Smith, Tera Rozell, Maci Swafford and Ridge Swafford; and her pet Pepper Jack. She is also survived by five great-grandsons, three great granddaughters, three nephews and four nieces.
