She was predeceased by: her husband I. J. Forsyth; her daughter Kimlisa Forsyth; and her siblings, Barbara Brents, June Rosewell, Fayrene Neely, Charlene Vance, Cecil, Carl and Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Forsyth, Timmy Joe Forsyth and Kristi Ryan; her son-in-law Garry Ryan; her sister Katie Rosewell; her brother-in-law Jerry Rosewell; her sister Mary Sue; her brother-in-law Melvin Fulce; and her grandchildren, Kim, Chris Hogue, Nancy, Wade Johnson, Josh Forsyth and Shan Michael Cooper.
