She is survived by: her husband Dr. John S. Kennedy; her son-in-law James W. Johnson of Ruston; her daughter Janet Kennedy Martin; her son-in-law Russell L. Martin III of Plano, Texas; her grandchildren, Katie Johnson of Nashville, Tenn., Jenny Johnson Smart of El Dorado, Ark., John Martin of Canton, Miss., Henry Martin of Dallas and Mary Virginia Martin of Dallas; her nieces, Linda Frances Graham of Arlington, Tex and Linda Mulcock Freeman of Huntsville, Ala.; and her great grandchildren, Mick Weston Smart, Margaret Anne Martin and Elizabeth Bond Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the John S. Kennedy LVN Scholarship Fund at Northeast Texas Community College, or to St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Mount Pleasant.
