He was predeceased by: his father Billy James Dale Williams; and his sister Judy Homer. He is survived by: his mother Edna Williams (Ball) of Longview; his wife Shan Williams of Mt Pleasant; his sons, Marcus Williams (Jennifer) of Mt. Pleasant and Kenneth Williams (Bree) of Mt. Pleasant; his grandchildren, Amanda Phillips (Wilson), Jessica Williams, Dakota Williams, Johnathon Williams and Michael Scott Williams; his brothers, Frank Williams (Lisa) of Mt. Vernon and Ronnie Williams (Sara) of Mt. Pleasant; and his siblings-in-law, Ricky Homer of Longview and Sherilyn Strawn of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
