He was predeceased by: his father Carl Shelton Agee of Mt. Pleasant, TX.. He is survived by: his mother Mary Dean Jackson Agee; his brothers, Andre Enrique Agee of Mt. Pleasant, Texas and John Daniel; his sister-in-law Lisa Agee; his nieces and nephews, Rory and Seamus of California; his sister Rebecca Diane Hinson; his brother-in-law Kenneth Scott Hinson; his niece Haleigh Ross Chumchal (Pete August "Trey" Chumchal III); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Marz Pete August Chumchal IV and Jax Everett Chumchal; and his nephews, Jeffery Dean Ross and Kevin Scott Hinson of Houston.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center or Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, Pittsburg, Texas.
