She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Joyner and Mary Sue Joyner; her granddaughter Hilary Johnson; and her siblings, Mary Frances Saunders, Dorothy Hamilton (Dot), James Joyner (Sonny) and Wiley Joyner.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry (Linda Johnson), Rodney (Janet Johnson), Kendall (Debbie Johnson) and Angela (Eddie Whitaker); her grandchildren, Josh, Kris Johnson, Brent, Allison Johnson, Kasey, Nate Diestelkamp, Jessie, Matt Browning, Justin, Bethany Whitaker, Holly, Eric Opperman, Jared and Kalyn Johnson; and her siblings, Sylvia Harrison and Fred Joyner. She is also survived by her 19 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
