She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Blackwell and Erma Blackwell (Gary); her husband Linden Horn; her daughter Patty; her son-in-law Bobby Kuhl; and her parents-in-law, Ervin and Ruby Horn.
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie; her son-in-law Rickey Howard of Argo, TX.; her son Joe; her daughter-in-law Trish Kuhl of Severance, CO.; and her grandchildren, Chad (Michelle Kuhl), Kristin (Clayton Carter), Ashley (Bo McGee), Marie (Anthony Sharp) and Callie Howard of Mt. Vernon, TX.. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
