It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elbert Ellis Sr. (Mount Pleasant, Texas), who passed away on March 30, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Melba Dean Ellis; his children, Gregory Charles Ellis (Keisha), Elbert Ellis Jr. (Sharkira), Audra Dixon (Marvin), Victoria Gray (Kelton) and Brianna Lewis (Kevin); and his siblings, Earl Ellis (Lettye), Clarence Ellis (Louise), Bobby Joe Kimball (Teresa), Micheal Beasley, Emma Frazier (George), Patsy Ellis and Nellie Paden (Johnny). He was also cherished by 24 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
