He is survived by: his wife Nelwyn Parnell; his children, Neal Parnell and Lara Menhennett; his grandchildren, Matthew, Colton, Josh, Alex Menhennett, Julia and Aaron Parnell; and his sister Ruth Armstrong. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
