He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Chance Hodge; and his son Thomas Allen Hodge. He is survived by: his son Douglas; his daughter-in-law Patricia Hodge; and his daughter Janice Hodge Powers. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
