She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Ruple and Helen Ruple (Keller); and her siblings-in-law, Clara Ruple, Johnny Howell, Joe Moore and Daphne Spigener.

She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Drew Spigener; her children, Greg Spigener (Jennifier) of Mount Pleasant, Brad Spigener (Michelle) of Mount Pleasant and Sheila Spigener Donnelly (Kelly) of Mount Pleasant; her grandchildren, Josh Spigener, Preston Spigener, Clint Spigener (Tori), Ryan Spigener (Megan), Shelby Thomas (Kelly) and Braden Spigener; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Allison, Lucas, Kade and Parker; and her siblings, Katie DeFreese (Raymond), Jean Moore, Judy Howell and Butch Ruple. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
