He is survived by: his wife Regina Perry (Teacake); his children, Xavier Perry, Braylon Johnson (Brittany) and Shamonda Johnson (Tre); his grandchildren, Sarai (Diva), Braylon (Prince), Tae, Juiana (Princess), Tony, JaHarious (JJ), Sontarius (Chunky Monkey) and J'Nyiah (Pumpkin Pie); and his siblings, Jimmy Wayne Perry Sr. (Debbie), Bobby Charles Perry, Raymond Harold Perry (Lois), Kenneth Hornage (Juanita), Larry Hornage, Fay Michelle Booker (Gordon), Gloria Buchanan, Tasha Perry and Jeanelle Hornage.
